1. Definition of Law 2. Font of law - public law, private law 3. Law scheme 4. Legal rules 5. Legal relations 6. Law reality 7. Act of Law 8. Legislative procedure 9. Constitutional order in Czech Republic 10.Human rights and freedoms - Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms

  • Homework for Teaching - 44 hours per semester

  • Preparation for the Exam - 21 hours per semester

Learning outcomes
This subject is focused on origin of law, lawmaking, law system, sources of law, legal rules, law relationships, law reality, forms of law aperations, legal relations and rules of Constitution, rights and duties and their protection in Czech republic - ombudsman.
Adopt of knowledge of basic law theoretical institutes, practical ability of aplication legal rules, orientation in legal system in Czech Republic with specialization to possibility to use protective institutes.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic legal institutes.

Mark, Written exam, Seminar Work, Written exam

Active participation in class, fulfilment of entered tasks, seminar work, written testing
