Course content
Germany's early history: prehistoric times, the Germanic tribal unions, the Germans at the time of antiquity and late antiquity, the government Merovingian, Early Middle Ages - the Carolingian, Charlemagne, the medieval Germanic settlements, Christianity and the Teutons, Germanic culture and mythology, Germans and Slavs

Learning outcomes
The seminar provides a basic overview and analysis of the most important events of Germany from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages
