Theory of melody, harmony, time and architectonics in European music, especially in 20th century music. Musical styles and genres from the point of view a composer. Technology of contemporary music including computer music.

Orientation in the structure of musical compositions 18 to 20 century and the ability of its analysis.

|
Bachelor certificate in musicology.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam, Analysis of Creative works (Music, Pictorial,Literary)
Test at the end of semester. Exam based on the recommended literature and analysis of given musical example.
