Learning outcomes
Course objectives: - to familiarize the students with the representations of natural numbers in various number systems and with the operations in these systems, - to introduce the construction of various number structures to the students.
The knowledge gained in the KTMA3 course of study is a prerequisite to successful studies in other subjects and shall be applied in the students´ teaching practice.
Prerequisites
The successful completion of the course is conditioned by the mastery of basic mathematical skills acquired in the KTMA1, KTMA2 courses of study.
