Learning outcomes
The aim is to use reflection as a method of supervision and improvement of work performance, professional development. Using SWOT analysis to analyze the practice.
To reflect on all the factors of the educational process. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and propose options and measures for further learning.
