Course content

The following topics will be discussed during the course: - pedagogy, psychology, educational psychology, - cognitive processes, - learning, personality of the student and teacher, - evaluation, rewards, punishments, - motivation, - cooperation, - emotions, - social learning.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to familiarize students with educational psychology and its integration into the system of psychological sciences.
Ability to distinguish the competencies of a teacher and a psychologist. Ability to use elements of educational psychology in pedagogical practice. Understand the principles of learning and be able to adapt them to the target group.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Seminar Work, Written exam
Attendance at classes. Completion of 3 short assignments. 50% success rate in the written test.
