Course content
Students will get acquainted with the management of organizations, especially organizations oriented towards leisure clients and non-profit organizations working in the field of social pedagogy. The course builds on the knowledge and skills of students in bachelor's degree in planning documents (esp. School educational program in school facilities and education). Other topics will be devoted to planning, organizing, leading and controlling people, staff management, marketing management, personal manager, mental hygiene manager, communication, meeting management, and teamwork. Teaching will be realized through lectures and seminars, which will be individual themes intermingle.

Learning outcomes
- Gain knowledge and skills to use management principles in organizations focused on leisure clients and non-profit organizations active in social pedagogy - Using the principles and skills of planning in the creation of short-, medium- and long-term plans - Use of the acquired knowledge and skills in negotiation, conducting meetings and teamwork
- Students will gain knowledge and skills to use management principles in organizations oriented towards leisure clients and non-profit organizations active in social pedagogy - Students understand the essence of planning and can creatively use the knowledge gained in the development of short-, medium- and long-term plans - Students gain the skills necessary for the creation of short-, medium- and long-term plans - Students will gain knowledge and skills in negotiation, conducting meetings and teamwork
Prerequisites
Essential knowledge and skills in management, leisure organizations and general didactics are necessary for successful study.

To successfully complete the course, all assignments and written colloquium must be completed. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.
