The student will become familiar with the principles of mental health care. They will understand the issues related to the chronic course of psychiatric illnesses and approaches to people with chronic mental disorders. The student will be able to navigate selected methods of working with individuals with mental health conditions. They will also visit selected organizations that provide care for people with mental disorders.
