| In the Summer semester this seminar builds on the topics from the winter semester and focuses on the legal regime of administrative acts, administrative liability, minor offences, and judicial review of public administration. Classes include case law analysis, case studies, and professional discussions conducted in French. Students will gain knowledge and skills in the field of technical terms used in administrative law. |
