Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the legal terminology of civil proceedings in the Czech Republic, England and Wales, the issue of objective liability and basic professional terms in the field of family law, civil proceedings in family matters and the emergence of marriage. The basic method is to work with expert text and analyze civil cases in order to activate the acquired legal language and strengthen the ability to comment on the problem.

Prerequisites
Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject KJA/MAJ1,2,3.

Student performance

In order to get the exam it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
