Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the legal terminology of criminal law. The basic method is to work with a specialist text in order to activate the acquired legal language and strengthen the ability to inform about the fundamental aspects of criminal law in a foreign language. After completing the course, the student will know the technical terms used in the area of criminal law, will be able to talk about criminal proceedings in Anglo-American criminal law, describe individual crimes, defeces to criminal acts and also describe and explain the system of punishment in Anglo-American criminal law. Next part is devoted to the problem of the torts in the area common law.

Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject KJA/MAJ1,2.
