Learning outcomes
The content of the course follows the teaching of EU law. The course develops and consolidates grammatical knowledge, language skills and expands legal terminology.
This subject enhances the abilities and skills of both, spoken as well as written technical legal language with focus on technical terminology connected with the Law of EU and the topics discussed (European integration, EU authorities and their powers, the powers of the EU - policies, legal order of the EU). There is a strong emphasis on the abilities of the students to understand and communicate in the foreign technical legal language.
Prerequisites
Completion of this subject is conditioned by the successful completion of the subject called JAZ3N.
KJA/JAZ3N and KJA/JAZ2N and KJA/JAZ1N

Assessment methods and criteria
Mark

In order to get the credit for the written test the students must attend the seminars in the extent required by the tutor and they must also meet all the requirements set by the tutor for the specific type of seminar.
