Course content
Creation work with concrete structure 1th Introduction. 2th Determination of researched region. 3rd Natural conditions (main accent to Roman Period and Migration Period). 4th History of Archaeological research in concrete region connected with Roman Period and Migration Period. 5th Summary of sites from Roman Period and Migration Period. 6th Development of settlement. 7th Conclusion - meaning of region in large settlement from Roman Period and Migration Period (Moravia, Czech and Slovakia atc.). 8th Summary of used literature and sources. 9th Attachement with pictures.

Learning outcomes
The main target is creation of work on theme Settlement from La Tene Period, Roman Period and Migration Period in selected region. Creation contains selection of researched region (microregion - max. 5 cadastres, basin of watercourse lower level etc.), heuristic and study of sources, running consultations with lecturer. Final work has to contein text and picture part, summary of used literature and sources. Range of work is 10-40 pages.
Very good orientation in studied issue and creation professional written text.
Prerequisites
Orienatiton in La Tene Period, Roman Period and Migration Period.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Seminar Work

Individual student´s work, which is leaded by lecturer. Creation of work is conected with visitation of professional archaeological departments (archives, deposits and libraries). Heuristic and study of information sources, creation of work: 75 hours = 3 credits.
