Course content
In course basic knowledge of partial physical geographical disciplines will be presented: meteorology and climatology and hydrology. Students will be acquainted with following issues: definition, terminology and methods of research in mentioned disciplines, basic processes at the Earth surface, in atmosphere, hydrosphere and biosphere. Attention will be paid to anthropogenic influence of these geospheres and its consequences.

Learning outcomes
The aim of discipline is to give survey of phisiogeographical disciplines: meteorology and climatology, hydrology.
Recall basic terms and concepts used in physical geography - namely in meteorology, climatology, and hydrology.
Prerequisites
Knowledge within the scope of complusory subjects that precede this subject in the study plan.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

Knowledge in the range of lectures and literature. Written examination: at least 60% of points form each of the two parts of the written test.
