Course content
Open and closed kinematic chains. Methodology according to ?Čápová? Robin McKenzie's methodology. Feldenkrais method. Special rehabilitation technique for a patient with spinal cord injury. Methodology of proprioceptive and neuromuscular facilitation.

Learning outcomes
The student will obtain informations about physical therapy in patients with vestibular disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, ingestion disorders, in patients in cardiac surgery, in peripheral paresis in neurology, in central lesions in neurology, in patients in rheumatology, orthopedics, geriatrics, traumatology, pneumology.
The student uses the acquired skills in clinical practice. The student is able to choose a suitable method from the discussed physiotherapeutic procedures and practically apply it. The student will obtain information about movement therapy using new methods in patients with peripheral and central paresis in neurology, in patients in rheumatology, orthopedics, geriatrics, traumatology and pneumology.
Prerequisites
Prerequisite for the study of this subject is a quality knowledge of anatomy, physiology, neurology, biomechanics, kinesiotherapy and kinesiology and their application in practice. The condition is the completion of Bc. study program of physiotherapy and participation in Mgr. study program in the field of physiotherapy FTK UP.
