Course content
Kinesiotherapy of patients with ischemic heart disease and hypertension. Kinesiotherapy and exercise training in patients after myocardial infarction. Kinesiotherapy of patients with diseases of the arteries and veins of the lower extremities. Kinesiotherapy of patients with diffuse atherosclerotic disorders, including cerebral arteries. Kinesiotherapy of patients with esophageal and extraesophageal manifestations of gastroesophageal reflux. Kinesiotherapy of patients with an obstructive type of ventilation disorder - chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, including prescription for physical therapy. Kinesiotherapy of patients with a restriction type of ventilation disorder - interstitial lung disease, including prescription of movement therapy. Pulmonary rehabilitation in other lung diseases (pneumonia, ARDS, COVID-19, lung transplantation, pneumo-oncological diseases, cystic fibrosis). Specifics of procedures and techniques of kinesiotherapy of geriatric patients. Kinesiotherapy of geriatric patients with somatic and mental disorders. Kinesiotherapy of geriatric patients with oncological diagnosis. Kinesiotherapy in gynecology. Kinesiotherapy of patients with incontinence.

Learning outcomes
The student will gain further knowledge about selected techniques of contemporary modern physiotherapy and their neurophysiological contexts on the basis of modular teaching of specialists in the field. In addition to mastering special techniques and approaches, emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary views. The course expands knowledge and skills in kinesiotherapeutic care of patients with urogynecological disorders and patients with diagnoses in internal clinical disciplines (including specifics in pediatrics).
The student uses the acquired skills to apply a comprehensive approach in kinesiotherapy in clinical practice. The student is able to choose a suitable method from the discussed physiotherapeutic procedures and practically apply it. In this particular case, it also uses a multidisciplinary approach - the integration of knowledge from kinesiotherapy procedures.
Prerequisites
Prerequisite for the study of this subject is a quality knowledge of anatomy, physiology, neurology, biomechanics, kinesiotherapy and kinesiology and their application in practice. The course builds on and builds on mastering practical and theoretical skills in the course of study of special and general kinesiotherapy and theoretical and practical acquisition of the most important kinesitherapy techniques and concepts.

Completion of lectures and seminars in full, active involvement in teaching, especially in seminars, submission and defense of seminar work.
