Learning outcomes
The seminar focuses on all forms of community media support, content production, distribution and marketing. It will focus on specific projects within the student radio UP AIR of Palacký University Olomouc and the development of new formats of this radio. The practical part of the seminar will be devoted to the creation of podcasts, which are intended to serve both for the development of specific study programmes, as well as for the presentation of the results of the past semesters, moderation skills and the structuring of the auditory programme, and the development of new formats. The complexity of the seminar includes distribution and marketing support on platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, and Instagram. The seminar is taught always on Fridays from 1 - 3 pm, the emphasis of the work is laid on independent assigned work in small teams and the subsequent presentation of the results. Seminar dates: Fridays 18.2., 11.3., 8.4., 6.5.

Prerequisites
The seminar requires a keen interest in audio production, elementary knowledge of working with audio software, and familiarity with the work of UP AIR radio or other community media.

Student performance, Seminar Work

Requirements for the student: continuous work throughout the semester, proven implementation of one podcast or precisely specified task (marketing support, production implementation of a project, event), ability to continuously evaluate the UP AIR program, participation in sub-tasks throughout the semester, initiative, consistency.
