Course content |
2nd book of CIC: topping up on legal status of clerics and co-operation between clerics and laics, government of diocese and of parish. 4th book of CIC: baptism and confirmation - prparation for receiving sacraments, their record; Eucharist - reservation and veneration; orders; marriage - punctual topping up against the basic course including norms of the State law; sacramentals - liturgy of hours, funeral rites. 6th book of CIC: censures and expiatory penalties given to clerics, penalties for special offenses commissed by clerics. Student is obliged to work with the study support for the subject in the Moodlee-learning environment.

Deepening of knowledge of Canon Law with focus on the service of permanent deacons and pastoral assistents in the Catholic Church of the Western Rite: duties and rights of clerics, formation of clerics, deacons´ and pastoral assistents role in the teaching office and in the office of sanctifying of the Church, special part of penal law.

Dialog
Pass colloque proving orientation in the dealt problems. The student is required to work with the learning objects for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS Moodle. |
