Course content
The Czech Family Code 94/1963. Some instituions of the czech civil procedure according to the Civil Procedural Code 99/1963. The Czech Criminal Code 40/2009. The Criminal Procedural Code 141/1961. The responsability of minors for crimes; the justice concerning minors.

Basic orientation in the legislation on family and penal law including practical applicability of several legal regulations.
Students will get a basic orientation in the czech family and criminal law.

Participation in lectures, sitting in on a trial, passing the written and the oral part of the exam.
