Learning outcomes
An exposition of selected topics in biblical theology.
The ability to synthesise theological ideas when interpreting individual topics. Familiarity with the available secondary literature and the ability to make judicious use of it in relation to the biblical text itself when addressing topics in biblical theology.
Prerequisites
A basic understanding of the topics covered in the introductions to the Old Testament and the New Testament.

Assessment methods and criteria
Essay, Dialog

To obtain course credit, students must prepare a written paper (3 standard pages in length) discussing a significant theological theme within a chosen biblical book. The course concludes with an oral colloquium.
