Course content
Parts of the exam: comprehensive reading, comprehensive listening, writing and speaking. Grammatical features: inflection in plural, perfective vs. imperfective verbs, conditional forms and if-clauses, structure of sentence, atypical declension types (borrowed words: muzeum, album, génius, drama), collocations of preposition + verb or adjective, short form of adjectives, some types of quantification, Czech phraseology, stylistic value of lexical and grammar means, standard Czech and spoken Czech. Topics: health and fitness, culture, people and their character, thinking and feeling, traditions and their celebrating, environment, police and justice, public life, religion, art and culture.

The exam contents following subjects: Czech Language 3, 4; Czech Grammar and Vocabulary; Communication Skills in Czech 1, 2.
