Learning outcomes
|
Family law aims to adjust civil relationships between spouses, registered partners, parents and children and the regularization of foster care. Emphasis is placed on the specifics of family relationships compared with traditional civil relations, both in personal and pecuniary relationships.
After completing the course, students should be able to understand the following issues: Family law - concept and subject of family law, place of family law in the legal system, the specifics of family relationships Marriage - the emergence of marriage, relationships between spouses, maintenance obligation between spouses, end of marriage, alimony of a divorced spouse. Registered partnership Relationships between parents and children - general characteristics, determining of parentage Parental responsibility - the content and the exercise of parental responsibility, identifying the name and surname of the child Maintenance obligation - a maintenance obligation between parents and children and between other relatives Foster care - foster care system and institutional foster care Child protection - aystem and tools of a child protection Judicial proceedings in matters of custody for minors and in other family issues
