Course content
Take-off preparation. Straight jumps from a small trampoline. Flip jumps from a small trampoline. Use of equipment for jumps from a small trampoline.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to extend practical skills as well as theoretical knowledge of using a small trampoline in school-based PE. The aim is to learn simple straight and flip jumps, including didactic procedures. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
Upon completion of the course the student has the knowledge and skills required for effective inclusion of basic jumps from a small trampoline into teaching or training units. The student is able to practically perform and teach basic straight and flip jumps from a small trampoline according to recommended methodological procedures.
Prerequisites
The student has knowledge and command of movement skills in elementary gymnastics (applied exercise, gymnastic posture, basic positions of the body and body parts, terminology of basic positions and movements, drill practice).

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Active participation in classes. Practical demonstration and knowledge of methodology of selected jumps from a mini trampoline.
