            | The aim of the SPAT 1-4, KSPA 1-4 course is to provide the students with a deeper insight into athletic training of children and young people in the area of speed, strength, coordination and endurance skills. This is the first course in a series of specialisation courses focusing on athletics, through which the students have an opportunity to obtain coach qualification - athletics coach. Upon completion of the course the student is able to produce a training plan for children's athletic teams and has the didactic skills required for training basic physical skills in younger school-aged children - running, throwing, jumping.
