Course content
- Characteristics of aerobics, - forms of group exercising - dance AE, step AE, trampolining, AE on the bosu side trainer and gymball - the construction of exercise units - warm up, AE part, cool dawn - forms and methods of the strength training in aerobics lessons.

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Training in job and motor Skils

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to teach the students the knowledge and skills from the area of aerobics, introduce basic terminology, various types of aerobics and workout methods in aerobics.
Upon completion of the course the student: - Has a practical as well as theoretical command of basic terminology of aerobics, - Is able to name and specify various types of aerobics, - Knows various types of sports equipment and their use in aerobics lessons.
Prerequisites
The students are expected to have knowledge and skills of various types of gymnastics and basics of anatomy and physiology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Systematic Observation of Student, Seminar Work

Active participation in seminars and training sessions (80%). Practical requirements ? basic movement (steps) and their terminology, presentation short choreographies (dance aerobics, step aerobics, trampoline aerobics or gymball aerobics, etc.) Seminar paper on a given topic in the MOODLE system. Completion of assignments in the MOODLE system.
