Course content
Learners with special educational needs. Remedial work in English language teaching. Teaching in large and heterogenous classes. Formal and informal assessment. Developing language tests. Assessment of language skills. Language portfolios.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Demonstration, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Attendace - 7 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
To be able to - choose adequate methods for teaching heterogeneous classes and learners with special educational needs, - design, evaluate and assess language tests, - plan different formats of testing.
