Course content
1. Law and its application and interpretation. 2. Constitutional law. 3. Civil law. 4. Family law. 5. Heirship. 6. Legal forms of entrepreneurship. 7. Tradesmen entrepreneurship. 8. Business companies. 9. Labour law. 10. Tax law.

Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to enable orientation of students of different study programmes in legal system of the CR so they would be eligible to put the legal problematics in practice into the appropriate branch of law and a concrete legal regulation when coming into contact with it. The student gains a prerequisite for overall orientation by general knowledge of individual legal disciplines. The course is concieved in order to gain general knowledge about the terms and individual legal institutions.

There are no special requirements to enter the course.

Assessment methods and criteria
Dialog

Attendance at the lectures 80%, unconditional attendance in the credit discussion term.
