1. Management of changes. Customer relationship management. 2. Strategic management - strategic approaches, methods and techniques 3. Strategic cycle. Business plan. 4. Process management. Knowledge management. 5. Risk management. Company identity

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)

Learning outcomes
The course is supposed to develop knowledge of basics of management in organizations and enable students to understand better structures, ties and proccesses in them and also in their surroundings.
Student has knowledge in management in broader consequences. Understands differnt managerial approaches and is able to react properly. Is able to manage a smaller team of coworkers.
