The thematic block defines new theories and knowledge focused on the human factor in management. The human factor is here as a set of human qualities and abilities, assessed from the psychological and physiological points of view, which influence the performance of the work system. The concept of the human factor will be viewed both individually and collectively concerning the working environment. Self-experience is an integral part of the educational block. In addition to theoretical knowledge, students will also gain self-experience training that emphasizes self-knowledge in work and personal contexts (knowledge and development of personal potential, integration of personal experience in a group and the resulting skills of working with teams, application of group process knowledge in the working environment, etc.).
