Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the lectures of foreign professors visiting the Centre for Jewish Studies within the framework of international academic mobility (CJS currently has agreements with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Bar Ilan University in Ramat Gan, and also cooperates with the universities of Vienna, Krakow and Potsdam) is to deepen the knowledge of students of Jewish Studies on specific topics within the history, philosophy and cultural and intellectual heritage of the Jews and to enrich them with international perspectives. The current schedule of lectures is always published at the beginning of the academic year.
Graduates will gain deeper insight into selected topics within the history, philosophy, and cultural and intellectual heritage of the Jews and enrich their knowledge with the perspective of international experts.

Student performance
Successful completion of the course requires active participation in a total of three lectures and fulfillment of all requirements set by the lecturer (reading assigned literature in ENG, home preparation, etc.).
