The main topics of the course: 1. Communication with a passive patient 2. Communication with an aggressive patient 3. Communication with a dying patient 4. Communication with a manipulative patient 5. Communication with a patient in the context of psychopathology 6. Communication with an anxious patient 7. Communication with a depressive patient 8. Learning outcomes
|
The course is designed as theoretical-practical. It deals with the issues of professional communication in the field of healthcare. It will deepen students' knowledge of the principles and skills of adequate communication with patients in specific situations (communication with regard to possible aggressive tendencies, manipulative techniques, depressive symptoms, etc.).
