1. The Digestive System II: Digestive tube (structure and development). 2. Liver, Gallbladder and Pancreas (structure and development). 3. The Endocrine Glands (structure and development). 4. The Respiratory System (structure and development). 5. The Integumentary System (structure and development). 6 .The Urinary System (structure and development). 7. The Male Reproductive System (structure and development). 8. The Female Reproductive System (structure and development). 9. Fetal Membranes and Placenta (structure and development). 10. The Central and Peripheral Nervous Systems (structure and development). 11. Organs of Special Senses I - Eye, Taste buds (structure and development). 12. Organs of Special Senses II - Ear, Olfaction, Extero- & Intero-receptors (structure and development). 13. Assisted Reproduction Techniques. Contraception.

Learning outcomes
Contents of the second part comprise the histology and embryology of the orofacial region and the digestive system. The microscopic anatomy and embryology of other systems will be discussed in reduced form according to requirements of the subject.
The knowledge of the second part, particularly of the orofacial region, is fundamental for the further study of both preclinical (oral pathology), and clinical (i.g. oral and maxillofacial surgery, dentistry) disciplines.

Completion of courses "Histology and Embryology 1".

Assessment methods and criteria
Mark, Oral exam, Written exam, Didactic Test

Attending all practicals. Passing all In-course tests successfully (minimum massing level score = 60%). Final examination pass includes: 40% of all in-course assessments and 60 % of the final exam test (minimum massing level score = 70%).
