Course content
1. Communication process (meaning of the term communication and definition of the contents of the term, parts of the communication process, influence of a person's personality on the communication process) 2. Basic forms of communication (particular forms of communication, differences in the forms of communication, principles of choice and suitable use of forms of communications) 3. Communication techniques (assertive behaviour - principles and skills, art of listening, art of asking questions) 4. Ways of information transmission (principles of written transmission, personal transmission of information and phone calls)

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
To acquaint students with basic terms of communication and with selected communication techniques. To present findings about strengthening of mechanisms of efficient processing of information, poignancy in receiving and forwarding information, the ability to mutually confirm information, elimination of transmission errors, finding one's own communication strengths and weaknesses and one's own communication style in demanding situations.
