| Procedures of declaration of the reserves depending on the expected functions. Management  plan guidelines for the reservations. Differentiation and special approaches to different types of habitats. |

| Learning outcomes | 
| The course aims at presenting actual information and procedures from the branch. Major approaches, conceptual and theoretical topics are listed in syllabus. Application - Apply practical knowledge of botany, zoology and ecology to address the practical needs of management of protected areas - Propose management plans and management of team activities - Analyze and evaluate the problems of specific areas and develop an action plan - Be able to evaluate the suitability of its own plan during its implementation based on well selected indicators and the ability to flexible change (adaptive management) - Create understandable and usable documents, which can be used by non-specialists and "stakeholders" in negotiations |
