Course content
"Theoretical training in the field of consumer law by contractors from cooperating organizations dTest. The preparation and consultation of individual teaching blocks. Reflection made teaching work skills."

Learning outcomes
"Objectives of this subject may be divided in knowledge objectives and skills objectives. The knowledge objective of this subject is repetition and application of knowledge already acquired in other subjects taught by different teachers at Law faculty of Palacky University. Learning block, students may process after theoretical training conducted by specialists from NGOs dTest. This organization also provides addressing secondary schools offering education in the field of consumer law. Students then choose from the following menu prepared claims for which carried out the teaching. Students may arrange classes at their own high school or collaborating Hejčín Grammar School in Olomouc. Skill objective of the course is to develop students' presentation and communication skills. The social dimension, which also corresponds to the subject is training a group of high school students so that they themselves are able to solve simple everyday problems that are of a legal nature, and especially in the field of consumer law."
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law.

Students who want to complete this course must first successfully complete the previous course.

Student performance

It is essential that those students who would like to pass the course must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and succeed in the colloquium.
