Seminar topics: 1. Administrative procedure in practice. 2. Territorial planning and building procedure. 3. Right to information. 4. Administrative justice. 5. Public participation in administrative procedure. 6. Territorial self-government.

Learning outcomes
This clinic focus on administrative law and environmental law. Subject is dividend into some practical blocks, taught by qualified professionals, focusing on particular problems of administrative and environmental law. Course will include solving theoretical and practical problems, working on projects aiming to inform public about certain environmental probléme. There will be paying attention on deepening knowledge of administrative and environmental law and developing skills such as counselling, prezentation, legal analyse and so on.
In this subject, students will link theoretical knowledge of different branches of law to better understand complex functioning of law in practice. They will develop legal skills such as legal analysis and problem solving, legal drafting and others. They will also develop their competence in area of human rights law and acquire deeper understanding of values in law.

There are no pre-requisites for this subject.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Colloquy is obtained based on active participation of the student in the practical part of the subject and development of appropriate knowledge and skills.
