To improve knowledge of Czech, broaden vocabulary, introduce medical terminology and phrases necessary for the communication with patients, read simple medical texts. Topics: human body, diseases, symptoms, pains, injuries, examination of a patient, case history taking, history taking according to systems - cardiovascular, respiratory.

Students who want to meet the credit requirements must take a written test and have a minimum score of 66 %. They are expected to participate actively in class, complete homework assignments and perform successfully on practice tests. Students are also required to attend class regularly. |
