Course content
|
The course consists of two parts: Essay writing and Conversation. Both parts help students develop their Japanese language skills at the intermediate level. - Essay Writing: This part of the course further develops students' Japanese writing skills, focusing on short texts. Students become familiar with the basic principles of written style and the differences between spoken and written Japanese. They learn to formulate their thoughts in Japanese and to combine them into larger text units. - Conversation: In this part of the course students learn and practice basic conversation and communication skills, using dialogues, drills, etc.

|
Essay, Student performance, Analysis of linguistic
preparation for classes, active participation in class, submission of all essays (incl. corrections), description of a graph, final presentation on the topic of one's bachelor's thesis
