Course content
1st Introduction to syntax, sentence, sentences, and their specificities in Chinese 2nd Chinese sentence structure, analysis of the immediate constituents, members of the sentence, compared to the traditional concept of sentence members with the concept of functional characteristics of prof. Learning outcomes
Exercise is designed for advanced students of Chinese language. Its main aim is for trainees to further develop the capacity rate of the Chinese sentence analysis (analysis of immediate constituents) and sentences and not just speech, but also a literary language. The lectures are in depth explanation of the various phenomena of Chinese songs and seminars, students apply the knowledge obtained in the analysis and interpretation of Chinese texts. Particular emphasis is given to the differing nature of Chinese and Czech language and the resulting difficulties in translation. The lectures are also presented different approaches to describe the Chinese track. The course takes two semesters, the first semester ends zápočtovým test focused on the practical analysis of Chinese sentences on direct determination of sentence constituents and members of the second semester culminating with which students in the selected text searches for specific events and performs syntax analysis. Condition for the test is also presenting a paper during the second semester on a selected article, which relates to the issue being discussed.
The main aim of this course is for trainees of the course to further develop the capacity analysis of Chinese phrases (analysis of immediate constituents) and sentences and not just speech, but also a literary language.
Prerequisites
The course is designed for students of master study field CHINESE PHILOLOGY.
