The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the latest trends in Asian Studies at domestic and international conferences (co-)organized by (not only) the Department of Asian Studies at the Faculty of Arts, UP. The student chooses the conference based on his/her own interest. If he/she is not sure whether a given conference is suitable, he/she should contact the course supervisor.
Student should get the knowledge of latest development and trends in Chinese Studies (1. Cultural Anthropology of China, 2. Modern China, 3. Chinese Literature, 4. Chinese Linguistics, 5. Chinese History and Religion). |

The seminar is recommended for all students of Chinese Philology or Palacky University who want to expand their horizons on the latest research trends in the field of Chinese studies.

Podmínkami splnění zápočtu jsou: elektronické odevzdání recenzí k minimálně třem přednáškám z konference, každá v rozsahu 500 slov (celkem 1500 slov). Recenze je nutné jako jeden soubor nahrát na Moodle předmětu. Recenze lze uznat max. 2 měsíce po konání konference. |
