Course content |
Most commonly used voltammetric techniques in practical applications - an overview, legislation for usage of electrochemical methods in solution analysis. Current voltammetric instrumentation, sensors, voltammetric detectors. Electrochemical detection in HPLC. Coulometric detectors, Coul-Array detectors - applications. Voltammetric analyzers in practice. Analytical voltammetry of biological molecules - voltammetry in neurochemistry, immunoassay, voltammetry of macromolecules. Applied voltammetry and hybrid techniques in drug analysis. Voltammetric analysis of selected groups of medicaments. Voltammetry in clinical analysis. Voltammetry in metallurgy, analysis of raw materials. Voltammetric analysis of inorganic compounds in the environment. Voltammetric analysis of organic compounds in the environment. Analytical application of modified electrodes. Amperometric biosensors.
