Course content
Laboratory exercises include the following tasks from instrumental methods of analytical chemistry: polarimetry and refractometry, spectrophotometric determination of compounds in the mixture, atomic absorption spectrometry, flame photometry, gas chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, liquid chromatography, fluoride determination by ISE, coulometry, polarography and voltammetry neutralization and precipitation titrations.

  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 46 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim is introduce students to techniques of instrumental analysis.
Apply and practice analytical procedures based on application of instrumental methods
Prerequisites
The knowledge of basics of general, organic, anorganic, physical and analytical chemistry is recommended.
