| Key learning outcomes | The aim of the programme is to prepare graduates who are capable of analysing, designing, and implementing crisis communication strategies for major social issues, cultural matters, and culturally and religiously sensitive topics. Graduates will be able to apply these competencies in non-profit organisations, religious and church institutions, public administration and local government, healthcare and social service organisations, educational institutions, and the commercial sector. They will acquire the skills necessary to analyse, develop, and implement crisis information strategies, with particular emphasis on conflicts arising from cultural or religious backgrounds within Europe?s culturally pluralistic society, both in the public and private sectors. Students will learn how to apply information strategies in practice and how to identify and address the ethical dimensions of information sharing during crises. Graduates will be able to evaluate crisis-management procedures, identify ethically problematic situations, and independently design and implement effective and ethically responsible crisis communication strategies. |
