| Key learning outcomes | The aim of the program is to prepare high-quality professionals equipped with specialized knowledge, relevant skills, and an understanding of the practical legal aspects of sustainability issues. These professionals will be able to apply their knowledge of legal instruments ensuring sustainability and address the impacts of sustainability in various professional situations. Students will learn how law influences and is influenced by sustainability initiatives. They will analyze and creatively apply the legal framework of topics such as environmental protection, social justice, human rights, sustainable consumption, and the circular economy. They will also address questions about which legal instruments can contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals. Teaching will be based on a combination of asynchronous self-paced study materials in the LMS Moodle environment and synchronous online activities (workshops, consultations, seminars) that develop independently acquired knowledge and skills. |
