Key learning outcomes Graduates of a doctoral study programme International and European Law will be capable of independent scientific research in the field of European and public international law, connecting it with national public law. They will acquire the ability to work with scientific literature, not just Czech (Czechoslovak), but especially foreign literature. They should also be capable of critical scientific analysis of legal practice and case-law, not just of national courts, but especially international and European courts. Every graduate of a doctoral study programme must be able to formulate their own scientific solutions to legal problems based on the theoretical knowledge of European and International law.
