        There are 50 questions in the English Online Test. A student always chooses out of three answers. Only one answer is correct in the choice of answers. Each answer is two points, so a student can get 100 points maximum.

                The aim of VCJ/EOT, English Online Test, is to assess the entry language level of a student in English and recommend to a student suitable language subjects according to a test result. The test has the informative value for a student. The test is the necessary prerequisite for the enrolment to any English guaranteed by the Department of foreign languages, i.e. any English beginning with the abbreviation VCJ/... The link to this test is on the web page of the Department of foreign languages (http://kcj.upol.cz/). It is possible to complete the EOT only once during studies.
                 
                A student gets the evaluation of his/her current language level in English with the recommendation of which subjects from the offer of the Department of foreign languages are suitable for him/her.
