The aim of the subject is to motivate the doctoral candidate toward continual scientific work and publication activity. The doctoral candidate must document the main authorship (usually first authorship) of a professional paper in a journal with a non-zero IF. This must be a professional publication in the English language with a topic that clearly relates to the theme of their dissertation. The publication is issued or accepted for publishing in a journal which is listed in the Web of Science database and InCites Journal Citation Reports? and is rated, on the date of issue, with a non-zero impact factor.
