        Immune system, immune response, immunoglobulins, molecular biologie of antibodies, immunochemicals methods, monoclonal, polyclonal and recombinant antibodies, antigen, haptens, methods of conjugation, immunozation, isolation and purification of antibodies; Monoclonal antibodies: hybridoma technologies, characteristic of splenocytes, myeloma cells and hybridomas, growing hybridomas, in vitro and in vivo production methods, immunoassays, biotechnologies, advantages and disadvantages of monoclonal, polyclonal and recombinat antibodies.

                To lern introduced section of hybridoma and recombinant technologies.
                 
                Student should be able to (after attending the course): - characterise the immune response; - recall the principles of  immunochemicals methods; - explain the differences between monoclonal, polyclonal and recombinant antibodies; - describe and interpret hybridoma technologies; - judge the advantages and disadvantages of monoclonal, polyclonal and recombinat antibodies;
