Course content
The chossing of the methods is based on the benefit for the cartographycal research. Next to these methods, the methods, which are used in other science discipline, will be introduced. The lectures are as follows: Analysis, conception, abstraction, determination, induction, probability, hypothesis, theory, proves, science discusion. Exploration and research. Space and time scale of the object or of the phenomenon, experiment, documentation. Interpolation, extrapolation, space distribution of the dependency. Theoretical aspects of the graphical signs taking into account the behaviour of the object. Science analysis and evaluation of the cartographical information used in the maps. Main directions in the research. Space exploration and research in physical geography. Cartographical methods and procedures. Problems of mathematical evaluation of the maps, taking into account the geographical the details, completness and structure of the map.

The aim of the subject is to introduce the used methods in the science to the students.
Evaluation Evaluate the particular methods and principles, explain the aspects and results concerning the given issue, integrate the knowledge, predict the solutions, evaluate the results and outcomes.
