The aim of the course is to ensure the continuous work of the doctoral student on dissertation research by defining clear steps with regular control. The Ph.D. student must demonstrate progress on the dissertation. In addition to research, there is one measurable requirement this semester, the RESEARCH PLAN. During the first semester, the Ph.D. student will, under the guidance of the supervisor, draw up a plan for his / her dissertation research, where he/she will formulate precisely the aim, partial objectives, outline methods, and expected results. The research plan can be gradually updated during the course of studies, and the Ph.D. student states and justifies this during the semester presentation. Ph.D. students are expected to discuss and motivate each other.
